You are a beautiful, unique person, born into this world knowing exactly who you are.
As you move through life, it’s easy to lose touch with who you truly are as you take on roles, expectations, and conditioning. I’m here to help you remember and guide you back to your authentic self.
I’ll meet you where you are on your journey, offering a sacred space to move through your healing. Using a blend of craniosacral therapy, myofascial and somato-emotional release, meditation, mindfulness, and qigong, I’ll help you listen to the messages of your body and walk beside you as you transform your pain and discomfort.
Healing is a collaborative effort. Each session is tailored to your needs and you’ll leave with simple, nourishing practices you can use to support your continued healing.

Christian contemplative tradition teaches prayer practices that foster an openness to the Sacred. Over time, these practices may bring a sense of peace that we can spread to others. Come join Sister Paula as she hosts weekly and seasonal Contemplative Prayer gatherings that invite people to open their hearts and minds to God for greater peace and connection. Sister Paula is an ELCA Deacon and graduate of the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation in Washington, DC and has practiced and led contemplative prayer retreats for over a decade. Weekly Contemplative Prayer Gatherings, Tuesdays at 9:00 to 9:45 am, in the church sanctuary. Seasonal Contemplative Prayer gatherings will be posted on the "Events" section of the Grace Lutheran Church web site. |
